Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS?
- at least HS graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
- with/without BPO experience
- With excellent communication skills
